Our delicious Emu burgers are one third pound patties with three to a package for a total of 1lb of Emu meat. We use pure Emu meat only. No filler meat whatsoever! This exotic game meat has a very lean to fat ratio of LESS than 5% fat, making Emu one of the healthiest red meat alternatives.
